4. No Refunds
4.1 All sales of the Course are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Course, changes in personal circumstances, or technical issues.
4.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that the Course is suitable for your needs and meets your expectations before enrolling.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All intellectual property rights related to the Course, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, are the property of Doreen Korba.

6. Code of Conduct
6.1 You agree to participate in the Course in a respectful and professional manner.
6.2 Doreen Korba reserves the right to remove any student from the Course for behavior that violates this code of conduct, as determined by Doreen Korba in its sole discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Doreen Korba is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Course.
7.2 Doreen Korba is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to website downtime, that may affect your access to the Course.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington state. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Washington state.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Doreen Korba reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
